Herb has resided in West Palm Beach for thirty-five years and has worked as a teacher at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College retiring in 2016. Although not of Hispanic origin, his "Irish" blood flows to defend and support all who live in Palm Beach County.
