Captain Rolando Silva is a decorated law enforcement officer with over 35 years of experience. He has served in a variety of Command-Level leadership positions, including serving as District Commander for the Village of Wellington, City of Lake Worth Beach and Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay districts of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. He also served as a Special State Prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s office. He is also a passionate advocate for community service and has volunteered on humanitarian relief missions to Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Africa. Rolando serves on the board of Cops Helping Kids where he created and oversees the organization’s annual “Building Bridges” program whereby law enforcement delivers presents to children of incarcerated fathers from the South Bay Prison during the holidays.
