Xcel Strategies Inc. is a mentoring network that was founded in Savannah, GA in 2012 and launched its region in South Florida in 2019. Xcel combines the power of transformative mentoring with the accessibility of a mobile training unit, to facilitate hands on learning, hard and soft skill development, and the creation of a pipeline in Palm Beach County for youth ages 15-25, to access trade and vocational educations that will provide a sustainable, scalable, and lifelong career.
