Belci Encinosa is the Director of Community Health Initiatives with Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc.; where she has held several positions in the last 16 years. She has more than 20 years of professional experience working with diverse communities in the non-profit and for-profit areas. Her experience includes developing and implementing new programs, staff development, working as a therapist for children and families, Health Educator, Parent Educator, Coordinator, Advocate for victims of domestic violence, Trainer, Manager, Quality Control, and Director for various successful programs. She has also served on several Advisory Boards for various entities across Palm Beach County. Belci Encinosa is an experienced public speaker and a trainer on various topics that includes Cultural Competency, Bridges out of Poverty, Interpreters Training, Reflective Practice, The Incredible Years, 49-Weeks is Worth the Wait, Mothers and Babies, and Maternal Mental Health. Belci is trained and holds various certifications in the field of field of management, engagement, leadership, Positive Parenting, coaching, and Maternal Mental Health among others. She graduated with honors with a Master Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern.
