Born and raised in Mexico City, Julian Zaldivar always aspired to leave his country of origin and travel to the USA to work in sports. After graduating from Universidad Iberoamericana with his Bachelor in International Business Administration, Julian worked in marketing for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Still eager to pursue his dream, Julian won an academic scholarship at The Florida State University, where he obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 2013.

A few months after graduating from FSU, Julian moved to West Palm Beach to start working for ESPN West Palm, the local ESPN Radio affiliate, and launched ESPN Deportes 760AM, the only Spanish-sports talk radio station in Palm Beach County. As head of this project, Julian Zaldivar is the face and Ambassador for Deportes 760AM and oversees the development and growth of Deportes across the local Hispanic community.
